WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Financial Services Representative, you will help individuals and families understand their insurance and financial protection needs, identify gaps, and explore solutions that support their goals.
This is a relationship-driven, results-focused position.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Having meaningful conversations with customers and prospects about their financial goals, priorities, and protection needs.
- Identifying opportunities for life insurance, health-related insurance products, and other financial services offered through our agency.
- Proactively reaching out to customers and prospects to schedule appointments and uncover opportunities.
- Conducting needs-based conversations and helping customers understand available solutions.
- Building lasting relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
- Meeting daily activity goals, appointment expectations, and production targets.
- Maintaining a strong pipeline and taking ownership of your results.
- Participating in daily coaching, training, role-playing, and professional development.
- Continuously developing your product knowledge, communication skills, and ability to navigate objections.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. As an agent team member, you will still need to go through the regular State Farm agent selection process when you are ready to pursue an agency opportunity. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
